Since the pantry is undergoing a facelift, I have dubbed this week "Clear Out Cooking". This means I am strictly making meals based on what I have on hand. I thought this would be a challenge but surprisingly enough it was easy to come up with 2 weeks worth of menu's. I can't wait to see how small the grocery bill will be this week!
